Welcome back to Transformational Worship Podcast. As we draw a close to 2017, I want to thank all of you for joining us on the journey of our debut year and launch of TWP. It has been wonderful with all of our special guests, some international sharing their stories of how life lived in surrender to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is not only transformational for them, but for those whom they are around.
My special guest today are none other than my amazing parents, Dot and Johnny Bell. This 2-part series takes us into the lives of my parents, who both tragically lost their mothers at very early ages, while there was never a father figure in their lives, so they were both essentially without parents from an early age on.
Somehow, through perseverance and endurance, they managed to get through the tragedy, establish a family founded and centered in Christ, and have a successful marriage of 42 years. Join us today for part 1 and then again on Friday, December for part 2 of “Beauty for Ashes, Joy for Mourning”.
Please help us start out 2018 with letting us know how Transformational Worship Podcast has blessed your life. Please leave us reviews on iTunes, and feel free to send me an e-mail to email@example.com.
Blessings to you-Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Coming from the twin island sovereign state of Trinidad and Tobago, Pastor Randy Morrison was the son of a single mother, who had him a very young age, but was determined and driven to provide the best possible environment for Randy to thrive. Well, here we are many years later, and Pastor Randy is the Senior Pastor and founder of Speak The Word International, in Golden Valley, MN. The ministry of STWCI is impacting thousands upon thousands of lives globally in line with the mission to “Help people discover and fulfill their G0d-given purpose”.
Today, Pastor Randy shares his story of how he got from Trinidad and Tobago to Minnesota. It is a story of hope and victory over circumstances. He talks about the Jesus People Movement, and how that movement played an intricate role into God revealing to him that he would be a shepherd of the body of Christ, which was not his intention.
Luke 11:28-He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”
If you want to hear a encouraging story of God’s divine direction, this is for YOU!!

How can one walk in love and be full of joy through tough times? Why is joy so often confused with happiness? Join us today with our special guest, Dr. Erica Diehn from St. Thomas University (St. Paul, MN) as we discuss walking in love and the difference between joy and happiness. Dr. Diehn shares from her own personal life experiences how the decision to be joyful during difficult times can help us to lead by example, and love through adversity.
